The coastal tradition with the name of Lomban Dayung is one of the traditions in Batang, Central Java. This tradition is held in the Klidang Lor river Batang District. This tradition is carried out once a year during recitation or after the Eid al-Fitr. Actually Lomban Dayung has become a culture of fishermen citizens so that the activity was made an annual tourism calendar by the Batang Regency government.
Lomban Dayung fights for rotating trophies and a number of attractive prizes. The specified distance for participants is 130 m. Each team consists of nineteen people. Nine people on the left side and nine people on the right side were in charge of rowing the boat. One remaining person in the back end of the task as a direction controller when the boat is running.
